Our AuctionWe make a small selection of our items available for purchase in our auction. To purchase an auction item, simply make a bid. If your bid is the highest at the closing of the auction and the reserve price (if any) is met, you win! This method gets you the best value for your buck since our reserve price is lower than our "Buy It Now" price. If our auction has a reserve price, that price is still lower than wholesale price. "Buy It Now" from our auction.You can choose to "Buy It Now" at the set price until the reserve price for the auction is met. Once the reserve price is met, the item will no longer be available to "Buy It Now." If you've missed the item, you can search the rest of our stock for a similar item from our store. "Make an Offer" at our DiamondZul Store on eBay Our eBay store has our entire stock of merchandise where you can give us your best offer. Search through our diamonds and find the one you want. When you find an item that interests you, you may purchase it from there at full price with "Buy It Now", make an offer at a price you like, or you can place it in your favorites to keep track of prices or compare with other items. Feel free to contact us about your best offer or to find out about items that haven't been posted yet. PayPalOur preferred payment method is PayPal. Using PayPal ensures your order is processed quickly. Credit CardsWe accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express through PayPal, "My eBay Checkout," or to arrange payment over the phone, Contact Us. ChecksWe do not accept any check payment method like Personal checks, money orders or cashier checks. CheckoutWhen you checkout your order, don't forget to check that payment is sent when you review your "My eBay" page. Please read eBay's page on Payment Options. Shipping and HandlingWe ship world wide!All of our Auction, Fixed Price Item, eBay store, Make an Offer and eBay Express items have free domestic and international shipping & handling. There is no extra fee for each additional item shipped together on a combined invoice. InsuranceTo secure your shipment, all items are required to be shipped with insurance which is not included with Free Shipping. This fee is not refundable. Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive this information after 24 hours of submitting your payment, please contact us. Combining your order onto a single invoice allows you have multiple orders shipped together. This saves you the cost of having to pay for multiple shipments You have up to 7 days from the first item to combine items on a single invoice. After 7 days, any item older than 7 days will be submitted to eBay for an unpaid item reminder. To avoid the reminder, pay for your older items. Once that is paid, the next oldest item will be sent for a reminder when it reaches 7 days. Please visit the Domestic Shipping or International Shipping page for more details about Combining Orders and combine order discount. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund of the item cost without any question. Be sure to include the original invoice, gift box and the item you want refunded. Please note that Shipping, Insurance and Handling costs are not refundable. Any items purchased more than 7 days ago and has not been paid for will be filed dispute as an unpaid item to eBay . Once dispute is filed, eBay will send an e-mail notice to the buyer and displays a pop-up message if the buyer signs into eBay within 14 days of filing. To avoid this hassle, pay for any items you have purchased that are approaching 7 days. For more information, read eBay’s Unpaid Item Policy.
Auction A publicly held sale at which property or goods are sold to the highest bidder. "Buy It Now" "Buy It Now" is our set price that is still lower than wholesale price. "Make Offer" If you feel our "Buy It Now" price doesn't match the quality of the item, make us an offer that you think is reasonable. If we accept your offer, you win the item. Reserve Price The reserve price is the lowest possible bid to win an item in our auction. This is the lowest possible price for that item and can not be made lower. Meeting the reserve price does not mean you have won the auction. You still must be the highest bidder at the closing of the auction.
Note: Only some of our auctions have a reserve price set.
