Orders are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. All Items are in stock and will be shipped same business day of Payment confirmation (Order by 3 PM EST for same-day processing). Orders which require diamond setting, resizing or custom design require additional time, which is typically 1-2 business days from date of Payment confirmation.
All items are shipped with insurance worldwide by U.S. Postal Service (our preferred carrier) or FedEx.
Domestic Shipping Details
Auction, Buy it Now and Fixed Price Item Domestic Shipping and Handling
All domestic orders are shipped free by USPS First Class Mail.
Upgrade to USPS Express Mail for an additional $15 or upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an additional $5. Orders over $500 are upgraded for free to USPS Express Mail.
Combined Store Items and Auction Items Shipping and Handling
You can save on upgraded shipping and handling costs by making one payment for all of your items on the same invoice within 7 days of the first purchase. Items processed on the same invoice will be shipped together.
Any Auction, Buy it Now, Store, Fixed Price or eBay Express items combined with auction items have free shipping and handling. Orders over $500 per invoice are upgraded free to USPS Express Mail.
If you buy more than one item on separate invoices, a combined invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you do not get the combined invoice within 24 hours of your last purchase, please contact us at billing@diamondzul.com.
If you get a combined invoice and you want to buy more items to combine, simply void the combined invoice you received and wait for a new invoice after you complete your shopping.
We will wait up to 7 days for you to complete your payments. After 7 days, any items over 7 days old will be submitted to eBay for an unpaid item dispute to cancel your orders. To avoid the unpaid item dispute, complete all purchases within 7 days. If you want to shop longer than 7 days and combine with older orders, continue shopping. If you get an unpaid item dispute after 7 days, contact us to cancel the unpaid item dispute and complete payment when you are done shopping.
All FedEx, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail shipments require a signature upon delivery.
When your shipment is picked up by the carrier, we will send the tracking number to your eBay registered email address.
Please Note::
We ship worldwide. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO, FPO or P.O. box address via USPS only.
Please make sure your phone number is included with the Shipping address in your eBay and PayPal accounts. This is required by the shipping carrier.
Merchandise will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company or to the PayPal confirmed address. If the shipment is to be made to any other address than billing address, please call your Credit Card issuing bank or PayPal and confirmed with them your alternate shipping address to avoid delays or cancellation of your purchase.
