Auction and Fixed Price Item International Shipping and Handling
Auction and Fixed Price items have free worldwide shipping and handling costs for single or combined orders. There are no extra charges for shipping & Handling fees for each additional item shipped together on a combined invoice (See example below). Upgraded Shipping service and optional Insurance costs will be paid by customer.
Orders below $200 are shipped free by USPS Priority International Mail or upgraded to USPS Express International Mail for an additional $25. Orders over $200 are shipped free by USPS Express International Mail.
Our Store or eBay Express Item International Shipping and Handling

Combined Store Items and Auction Items Shipping and Handling
You can save on upgraded shipping & handling costs by making one payment for all of your items on the same invoice within 7 days of the first purchase. Items processed on the same invoice will be shipped together.
Any Store, Fixed Price or eBay Express items combined with auction items have free shipping and handling. Orders over $200 per invoice are upgraded free to USPS Express Mail International.
If you buy more than one item on separate invoices, a combined invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you do not get the combined invoice within 24 hours of your last purchase, please contact us at
billing@diamondzul.com.
If you get a combined invoice and you want to buy more items to combine, simply void the combined invoice you received and wait for a new invoice after you complete your shopping.
We will wait up to 7 days to combine invoices. After 7 days, for any items over 7 days old will be submitted to eBay for an
unpaid item reminder. To avoid the unpaid item reminder, complete all purchases older than 7 days.
All shipments for international require a signature upon delivery.
When your shipment is picked up by the carrier, we will send you the tracking number to your eBay registered email address.
Buyer is responsible for all duties, tax, customs, or necessary paper work/charges.
International shipments may be delayed due uncontrollable circumstances such as customs inspections.
Please note:::We ship worldwide. Orders to an APO, FPO or P.O. box address via USPS only.
Please make sure your phone number is included with the Shipping address in your eBay and PayPal accounts. This is required by the shipping carrier.
Merchandise will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company or to the PayPal confirmed address. If the shipment is to be made to any other address than billing address, please call your Credit Card issuing bank or PayPal and confirm with them your alternate shipping address to avoid cancellation of your of your purchase.

If there are any delays in your shipment, we will notify you via e-mail. If an item is not in stock for any reason, DiamondZul customer service will contact you with an estimated date of delivery.
