Question & Answer

Q:
Is the picture in your listing an actual picture of the diamond for sale?
A:
All our pictures are of the actual diamond except for our black diamonds and jewelry. Our black diamonds, jewelry and any other listing marked as “Not Actual Image of Diamond” use stock images representing the actual item.
Q:
Are those spots I see in the photo in the diamond?
A:
We attempt to make our diamond photos as accurate as possible. We inspect our photos before we post them, but once in a while, dust might get through. If you have any questions about spots on our photos, please contact us and we will compare the photo to the diamond again.
Q:
Your image looks dull. Is the diamond dull too?
A:
All of our diamonds have excellent fire. Our images may appear dull due to the limitations of the photographic equipment. If you have any questions about our photos, please contact us and we will compare the photo to the diamond again.
Q:
How do you take pictures of your the diamonds?
A:
Our diamonds are sent to professional photographers to take our diamond photos. Whatever magic happens behind their doors is a mystery to us.
Q:
What magnification do you use for your photos?
A:
The magnification of the image you see on your screen varies from diamond to diamond. A tiny 0.05 carat diamond will appear the same size on your screen as a 6.00 carat diamond. The actual diamond dimensions are listed in the diamond description.
Q:
Can you send me a photo of an item from a different angle?
A:
We cannot take additional photos.
